That'll teach me....
Today, I was on the computer when S3 (3 years old) came up to me and gave me a hug. I hugged her back and continued to type away (and check FB statuses, lol) and then she says "I love you!" and I automatically and without looking say "I love you too!" Well I should have been paying attention because she wasn't even talking to me! She was looking directly at my belly and talking to S4! Then she says to the belly- "I love you baby!" How sweet is that? I have great kids. No doubt.

Nauseous preggos, lend me your eyes! (read this) Review & Giveaway!
Got your attention? Well lovelies, I know I am not the first preggo to experience nausea and the good people at Everedis Health Sciences have answered our cries with B-Natal. Jennifer Cherry, president of Everidis Health Sciences made sure that you see that right on the box it states ''B-Natal is a non-prescription vitamin supplement for morning sickness." What? It's a Therapop! (in my case) How is this possible? Because B6 relieves nausea. B6 is "recommended by the leading academy of obstetricians and gynecologists as the first line of treatment for morning sickness." Yes lovelies, this works!!! It comes in cherry flavored therapops or apple flavored lozenges. I first tried this product when I started getting nauseous at the start of my pregnancy with S4. One therapop and one lozenge came in a sample pack for new moms. I honestly thought I was going to gag because I'm not a fan of cherry or apple flavored foods, but the relief came fast and the taste of both products was pleasant and not at all overpowering or unbearable. B6 has never tasted so good. ;) Now that morning sickess is over for me, one great side effect that I discovered was that he also helps with heartburn. Not sure if this is supposed to happen, but I will take it! My midwife told me that B6 is also good for stress. Bonus! Overall, I am pretty impressed with this product. Thank you to MomSelect and Everedis Health for the opportunity to try your product.
Now for the good part..... Still feeling queasy? Take a deep breath because the wonderful peeps at MomSelect and Everedis Health have generously supplied a box of B-natal cherry lollipops or apple lozenges (your choice) to giveaway to one of my readers!!

Hello diapers!!!!
Hubby and I decided (ok, I decided) to use cloth diapers with S4. We used disposables with the other kidlets, so I am really wanting to make up for some of the (environmental) damage. Naturally, I went looking for ways to score some dipes without spending gobs of money. So, I entered the #GetRealDiapers Twitter contest on Earth Day, sponsored by Ecomommedia (all things green and mom related) and DiaperShops (one stop shop for everything cloth diaper related). Low and behold, I WON! I won the 'Extreme Diaper Package!' Wanna know what's in it? I know you do! OK, first, I got a bag of Rockin' Green Soap, in Fresh Linen Scent. This stuff smells better than any laundry detergent I've even tried. I can't wait to use it, as I have heard and read great things about this product! Then, I got this box:
Disclaimer- None of the above mentioned companies paid/compensated me to mention them- I am just super duper excited and wanted to share!
In this box of fluffy goodness, there are 18 Smartipants pocket dipes, 18 inserts, 3 wetbags, 1 bottle of Diaper Lotion Potion Spray (by Kissaluvs) and 17 cloth wipes. HELLLO!!!!!! Being completely green (no pun intended) when it comes to cloth diapers, I had never heard of Smartipants so I did some research and they have really, really, really good reviews. I am more excited about cloth diapering than ever!! Thank you so much to Sara (DiaperDaisy- another amazing online diaper store!), Eco Mom Media and Diapershops!!! You have made me one very happy (and very prepared) cloth diapering mom to be!

Soooooo....
Hubby is not convinced that S4 is a girl. He says that he has a 'feeling.' Couple that with the fact that my coworkers keep commenting on the fact that I am carrying like I am having a boy, along with various predictions from other friends. So, due to the fact that I need to know, we have another ultrasound scheduled. Yes lovelies, I am a control freak who needs to be able to plan things, so I made an appointment for next week. Also, the pictures from the first ultrasound were pretty crappy (my fault for drinking orange juice- how was I to know that the stuff is like caffeine and a Red Bull to the baby?) Already, the suspense is killing me because I am still convinced that S4 is another girl. Grab some popcorn and stay tuned lovelies!

Be careful... this stuff is side-splitting
ok, yes the title has a curse word in it and for this I apologize but the content of this Facebook page/website is just too hilarious not to share. As parents we have common ground with the kids and the things that they get their hands on. I laughed so hard at some of these pictures that I was crying. Ignore the curse word. Enjoy the fact that you are not alone. ;)

Can I Bzz you?
I'm not sure is you know this, but I am a Bzz Agent. I have been an agent for about 4 years now, getting cool stuff to review and submitting review for fun prizes and points. It's a company that companies hire to conduct word of mouth campaigns to get word out about products or services.
Well, the latest product that I was sent was the Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner. I got the product along with coupons. Very cool. Now I should say that in my house we love all things 'Scrubbing Bubble' related because of the fact that this product works so well. The Automatic Shower cleaner was no exception. After just a few days of use, we noticed a much cleaner shower. Yay for a clean shower and the only thing we had to do was press a button!
Pros:
1. All you need to do is press a button.
2. Gets things clean without you having to do anything but #1.
3. Battery operated so you don't have to worry about getting electrocuted!
4. It's a Scrubbing Bubbles product, so you know it works!
Cons:
1. For me, even though I knew the spray would start after I pressed the button, it always startled me. Again, it is probably just my issue. ha!
2. I only had one. I have more than one bathroom.
But does it work?
YES! I highly recommend it. Plus, I can put the empty refill containers in the recycle bin.
I am sure that my teenage son would love one of these for his bathroom just so he can minimize his chore workload, however he already has a brand new can of Scrubbing Bubbles under his sink. I am thinking that I will be keeping the Automatic Shower Cleaner in my bathroom. Besides, having him actually wipe the already clean shower wall helps to build character. ;)

It's my birthday!!!!
Yes lovelies, I am one year older today. I don't feel older- wait, yes I do. I spent most of the day today hobbling around because my hips are killing me! LOL (I'm not even that big yet!). I do have a chiropractor appointment in a couple of days, so hopefully my chiro can work his magic! I am thankful to God for giving me another year on this planet with an amazing extended family, wonderful children and a fantastic husband. I really am blessed.
I hope all the mommas had a wonderful Mother's Day yesterday! (oh and for today, Feliz Dia De Las Madres!)
For your viewing pleasure, totally random pictures of yours truly! ;)

S4 looks like another baby girl! Poor S3 said that she didn't want a baby- she wanted Chuck E Cheese! lol. S2 and S1 are happy, even though S1 wanted a brother. Badly! lol.
Thank you for all the support and well wishes. Feel free to send slushies my way in the next few months!
Stay tuned lovelies! I have reviews and maybe even a giveaway for you!

So much to catch up on!
Hello Lovelies,
We have much to catch up on! It has been a very rough week at work. I was pretty stressed out. However, through some prayer and meditation, I am happy to say that I am waaaaaay less stressed today than I was. This weekend was busy as we had to run to Home Depot and Target. Home Depot is never a short trip as it really is a 'Toys R Us' for my darling husband. Luckily, he stuck to the mission and we were in and out in under 45 minutes! LOL. Then to Target for some shelving then to Taco Bell for an oh-so-healthy lunch. eek!
I love to put things together- bookshelves, dressers, etc. My husband is cool with this and leaves me alone to do as I please with my love of construction. So, this week I put together a 9 cube cubby shelf and two 5-tier wire shelves. We needed the wire shelving for the garage because right now, all I can say about our garage is YIKES! lol. Thanks to my parents, we will soon be a two car family so we need the 'YIKES' space for the new-to-us ride, hence needing decent storage to put boxes on. I am so grateful to my parents for giving us their old car (that really is still very fashionable) and for getting is fixed up before we take it over. Thanks Mom and Dad!
Subconsciously it must be 'let's get organized' week at my house because I got home on Thursday and found hubby rearranging the pantry. (woohoo!) In his reorganization, he happened on some hibiscus leaves. In Jamaica (and I am thinking much of the Caribbean), hibiscus leaves are brewed into a lovely drink called 'sorrel.' Sorrel can be made in different ways, but I brewed my two bags of leaves in the sun with pieces of fresh ginger. It it is a lovely deep red/wine color and when mixed with some lime and sweetener then chilled, it makes a wonderful and refreshing drink. (It's also fab with rum, but rum and any other alcohol are out of the question for me for at least another year and hubby doesn't drink). ;)
Leaves with water and ginger:
Oh! I almost forgot! If baby cooperates tomorrow, we will find out the sex! Both S2 and S3 think girl. Hubby and S1 think boy. Either way, I am happy. We all are praying for a healthy baby! :)
